On June 5, 2018, the voters within the City of Pasadena approved Ballot Measures CC, which allows up to six retailers, four cultivation sites, and four testing labs to operate at any one time within the City of Pasadena. The City of Pasadena’s municipal code explicitly prohibits anyone who had been operating an unsanctioned commercial cannabis business in Pasadena after December 14, 2017 from holding or maintaining any of the above permits.
